The SAPES program committee invites proposals to be submitted for presentation at the annual SAPES meeting. The program committee welcomes proposals in the field of philosophy of education as well as related conceptual and theoretical work. Proposals are encouraged but not required to address the theme of Education and Social Engagement. Presented papers will be eligible for publication in the society’s yearbook. Recent yearbooks can be viewed online at http://sapes.org/publications.html.
- Proposals should not exceed 250 words and should be submitted via email attachment in Word, Rich Text, or PDF format to: Sarah Southall, SAPES Program Committee Chair, southallsp2@vcu.edu
- We also invite groups of presenters to submit proposals for panel sessions. Please identify a session chair, a description of the session's theme, and individual proposals of 250 words each.
- Graduate students are especially encouraged to submit proposals. Limited stipends for graduate student travel are available.
